Requirements

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in technical support (desired)
  • 1 year of experience in call center (desired)
  • Knowledge in cloud systems
  • knowledge or experience in VPN, printers, hardware, Office, Outlook, password resets, phone registration, issues with platforms or other applications.
  • Advanced English (85%)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft technologies (as a plus)
